However, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds on any purchases, including products, services, or digital products. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchange Policy for Defective Items
At Alemansmuse, we take pride in the quality of our products. In the rare event that you receive a defective item, we offer a 3-day exchange policy. This means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request an exchange for the same item.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must meet the following conditions:
- It must be in the same condition as when you received it.
- It must be unworn or unused, with tags still attached, and in its original packaging.
- You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
If you need to start an exchange, please contact us at alemansmuse@gmail.com. Once your exchange request is accepted, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
