Once your order has been shipped, no cancellations or refunds will be accepted.

At Alemans Muse, we understand that shipping carriers may experience delays or, in rare instances, misplace packages. However, we do not offer refunds for orders that are delayed, lost, or running behind schedule due to issues caused by the shipping carrier.
